O representante do Secretário Geral das Nações Unidas, apresentou, numa Conferência dedicada à Paz e Segurança, em Haia, um discurso centrado no exemplo da Guiné-Bissau, intitulado «The rule of law as driver of change»
A conclusão:
The rule of law can be a driver of change but only if we work in partnership and the partnerships we build must be broader and more inclusive.
We must listen more and tell others what to do less. Seemingly impossible challenges can be overcome…miracles can happen.
